Xavier David Cooper, born April 25, 1991, is a 20-year-old male from Auckland, New Zealand. Standing at 5'7" (170 cm), he is of Scottish descent, with a pale complexion, hazel eyes, and short brown hair in a comb-over style. Before no-clipping, he attended North Wellington University as a Mechanical Engineering major.

In November 2011, after the misuse of a so-called "Quantum Transfuser1," he no-clipped into the Backrooms. In accordance with the time reflected in Backrooms clocks, Xavier appeared to traverse backward through time during his initial no-clip. Though somewhat rare, this has been known to happen among a number of wanderers. Xavier was physically unaffected by this transversal but struggled to adapt to life without modern technology, including his alleged cellular device connection.

After no-clipping and traveling to Level 2, he met Saoirse, who saved him from being nearly killed by a Hound, then traveled with her, making their way to Level 777.

psychologyPersonality

Xavier is an eccentric individual, driven by his obscure interests and humorous ventures. He is highly knowledgeable in a variety of fields, further supported by his exceptional luck throughout his life. Although he may come across as somewhat awkward to strangers, his witty remarks and silly antics make him a supportive friend, and is deeply compassionate to those he cares about. He frequently mentions his blog, which just so happens to be cached on his mobile phone, typically covers a broad range of topics from his day-to-day thoughts, conspiracy theories, and speaking to his followers2.

He has extensive knowledge of traditional casino games, as he was formerly a game dealer part-time during college. Despite his extraordinary luck, he was rarely interested in gambling, opting to focus on strategy-based challenges.

groupInvolvement with the Council

Xavier operates as the primary dealer for a variety of games within Level 777. Ranging from blackjack to roulette, he provides a direct income source for our operations. By manipulating his exceptional luck, he can bend the odds of winning in our favor. To garner new players, he may temporarily nullify his luck with the use of a Reality Freshener to lure them in with early winnings, or "beginner's luck". His abilities are limited to only games in which he is a physical participant of, so slot machines are unaffected by this.

Beyond his duties as a dealer, he is vital in the management of Level 777. Being one of the founding members of The Council, he serves as my Saoirse's second in command.

Xavier Cooper elected to operate The Everything Machine in an attempt to enter The Forgotten Forest, a location typically impossible to reach. He was the best fit to test this because of his extraordinary luck would increase the chance of success, along with the abilities of The Everything Machine.

After inputting the command, he collapsed onto the ground lacking any vital signs. Eventually, his head began to pulsate and release an esoteric, geometric object capable of levitation and light emission. Xavier, or, The Dealer remains able to function in many ways, including the dealing of games. He no longer speaks nor communicates beyond the reconfiguration of his form, which even then may not convey any information.

This carapace contains what is left of him in the material world if there is anything left to contain. He, well, it floats aimlessly when not directed to operate games. While game efficiency has skyrocketed, along with profits, there is little in the way of personality.
