The Level’s verdant field.
Level PT-49 is the 50th Level of the Lusophone Backrooms. This Level is considered, by many, the best to live in due to the benefits that it provides.
Description:
Level PT-49 is characterized by different sets of fields and small forests that expand infinitely. Occasionally, some houses and cabins that are similar to a rustic European style from the 20th century can be found. Its fields do not present any significant difference to the Frontroom’s geography, having the presence of natural bodies of water like lakes, rivers, streams, and the abundance of small, predominantly wooded forests.

The Level lacks a day and night cycle, maintaining the sun permanently fixed at 09:00 AM. This Level experiences significant inconsistent changes in its seasonal behavior, letting its only seasons, summer and spring, be unpredictable. Currently, the Level finds itself on spring, about 9 months ago.
Level PT-49 also is subject to some climate variations typical to rural regions, including the formation of charged clouds, heavier winds and rains, providing an abundance of drinkable water. Although rare, heavy storms can occur, leading to intense rain, an increase in wind speed, thunder formation, and room temperature reduction. Despite the risks relating to the storms, they possess a short duration, which ranges from some hours up to two days.
Geography Information:
- Season: Spring (9 months);
- Climate: Predominantly sunny with rarefied clouds;

Level's Houses:
The houses on Level PT-49 frequently show a rustic style, with characteristics akin to the rural European style from the start of the 20th century. Some residences have exposed stone or old brick facades, mixing natural elements with traditional designs. Pitched roofs covered by clay tiles or wood are common, frequently completed by small chimneys or decorative turrets.
The windows usually have white or grey frames, usually adorned with arcs or small flowerpot details. It’s common that the vegetation mixes in with the architecture, with vines climbing the walls or well-taken-care-of gardens surrounding the buildings. Some of these houses appear isolated, surrounded by high trees or next to small bodies of water.
The interior of the Level’s houses is usually predominantly furnished and decorated with different furniture and decorations that remind of a simpler and rural life. Although some don’t contain electrical energy or advanced technology, they can still contain turned-off devices, such as fridges, electric ovens, fans, and electric showers.
The water from the faucets is seemingly inexhaustible, due to the fact that no tubes connecting them to a water pump exist. Some houses occasionally have water tanks that usually have a finite capacity. The water is generally pure and adequate for consumption.
The furniture is frequently abundant and characteristic of past times, a lot of times having an appearance that suggests handmade manufacturing or, more rarely, ornaments with a factory appearance. They are described as comfortable, useful, cozy, and highly suitable for survival. It’s not uncommon to find houses with more than two or even three separate rooms, all completely furnished and decorated.
Kitchens are generally composed of a mixture of 20th-century and contemporary furniture, including fridges, ovens, wood ovens, ornate wooden benches, and crockery from different eras, arranged side by side. These variations can be completely random in the kitchens, depending on the luck of those who find them.
The foods in the fridges can also be found randomly, generally being natural products such as eggs, milk, breads, wheat or cornmeal cakes, coffee, fruits, vegetables, legumes, among others. It’s recommended to assess the state of the foods, since houses with fridges and without electrical energy can show variable conservation conditions.
