Level C-1801 is the 1081st level of the Backrooms C Cluster.
Descriptions:
Level C-1801 is a an indestructible and small space like a church made of marble. Statues, murals and some other things about Entity C-99 are displayed. The entrance of Level C-1801 is buried 10 metres deep in the ██ Town in the east of Level 11 and has been dug by the M.E.G., the corridor to the entrance of the level can be found somewhere under Mount ██. The entrance door cannot be open inside and has kept powerfully closed since the M.E.G. found the level for the first time.
The characteristics of Level C-1801 are stopping the metabolism of wanderers in this level and making them never die that they will keep their minds no matter how big hurts they get. Therefore, if a person dies near ██ Town, a naked copy of their body will be created in Level C-1801, minds of the deceased will be moved to the copy.
After investigating local residents, we found out that the earliest record was in 18██, mentioned in a letter of the local resident named Luied Coral:

Last week my courage let me drink up a bottle of poison again, the disgusting death that burned my throat made me get close to the god again. When Level C-1801 was originally discovered, it was filled with a high-density mixture of human tissues and its gene was the same as people who had been dead since 18██ in ██ Town and it kept wriggling. However, after moving the mixture out of the level, it completely stopped all of the movements. Now about 90% of the mixture has been moved out and manage as the Typical Biochemical Waste.
Bases, outposts and communities:
There are always two M.E.G. workers from ██Town going around the entrance of Level C-1801 periodically to prevent door from accidentally closing and trapping the wanderers.

- exiting from the gate is the only known exit.
