Level C-18 is the 18th level of Cluster C of the Backrooms.
Description:
Level C-18 is an endless space constructed from countless wooden shelves, on which are displayed a dazzling array of exquisite wine bottles.
The liquid contents of each bottle vary, and this seems to depend on the personal preferences of those who enter Level C-18. All types of liquids are clearly labeled on the packaging outside the bottle. Currently documented beverages include: Tsingtao Beer, Snowflake Beer, Wuliangye, Vodka, Tequila, Hennessy, Kvass, Coca-Cola, Latte Coffee, Nutri-Express, Jiannanchun, and so on.1
However, all beverages in Level C-18 possess the intoxicating properties of alcoholic drinks, and will cause individuals to become heavily intoxicated after consuming large quantities2.
The bottles cannot be broken. The only way to open a bottle is to find a circular hall located somewhere within this level. A bottle opener will be placed on the wooden table in the center of the hall3. In all cases, a note with identical text is found beneath the bottle opener:
If there is wine today, then today is the day to get drunk

- Entrances to Level C-18 manifests as a dark red sandalwood door of indefinite shape, which may randomly appear in commonly understood "openings" (such as windows, cabinet doors, etc.), or may directly replace an otherwise unremarkable door.
Exits:
- Go back the same way.5
- Drunk to the point of unconsciousness. You will awaken in the last place where you slept peacefully.
