Phase 1 - Infiltration Phase :
Infiltrate as many human groups and communities as possible, and convince as many members as you can to join our cause. Keep a low profile at all costs and be sure of yourself before you try to recruit someone. Repeat until we acquire enough human and material resources.

Phase 2 - Sowing Phase :
Maintain great relations with the group you're infiltrated in. Don't raise any suspicion. Plant the chaos devices in strategic points. Leave in silence.

Phase 3 - Liberation Phase :
Detonate the chaos devices. Use the Harbinger device to lead hordes of entities at the enemy. Kill any resistance. Spare the ones that surrender.

Phase 4 - Aftermath Phase :
Torture or manipulate the prisoners into joining our cause. Repeat until they sincerely show their faith to The Patriarch. Throw the unfaithful prisoners in the pit of Paradise 770 if they keep resisting.

Operation Liberation was a success.
We successfully returned to the past, the heretics are now hiding in fear.
But that's not yet the end.
We should make sure to eliminate every one of these heretics, in order to establish a sustained equilibrium in the Backrooms universe.
