Level 22-ID is the 23rd level of Backroom Indonesia.

Level 22-ID is a non-linear space that replicates the structure of a "Matahari Fashion Store" found in the Frontrooms. The clothing and outfits vary greatly in size, material, and style. The typical and standard apparel found within the level tends to be adult-sized (although clothing for small children has been mentioned in survivor testimonies). All of the clothing brands are the same as those familiar to us from the Frontrooms, and generally, these clothes are safe to wear and reliable for use within the Level 22-ID as protection from the unstable room temperatures. Scattered rooms with more mild and proportional temperatures can be found; these rooms are equipped with taps that provide an unlimited supply of Almond Water. Several survivors have been documented successfully surviving in this place for long periods.

The surroundings of the Level 22-ID are furnished with modern decorations and fittings. The center of the level is where the most clothes, shirts, and objects can be found. The level is mostly clean, with virtually no stains or dust adhering to the landscape's surfaces. The pristine floors and well-maintained areas make the Level 22-ID a livable and relatively comfortable level for survivors.
Beyond that, the Level 22-ID appears to be a non-equivalent level, characterized by an inconsistent power supply and a routine, significant "Restructuring" once every week. Whenever the Level 22-ID is restructured, all clothing on the level is replaced with a completely new and different type of apparel from the previous iteration. Additionally, several non-hostile local entities manifest from the headless torso mannequins displayed across the landscape. This level has quite extreme temperatures, with the indoor temperature normally dropping to -15°C, and remaining at a constant temperature during phenomena events. Some electrical installations appear to be malfunctioning; some hallways are choked with hanging clothes, and some are even completely covered with clothing and fashion that obstructs the view of survivors.
Entity
The Level 22-ID has a limited manifestation of entity types. During the course of the phenomenon, the only entity likely to be present is the Tarso Rahaga. This entity is described as an indestructible solid fiberglass headless torso mannequin, dressed in the clothing available within the level. They are the only entity that frequently roams the Level 22-ID and appear to exhibit a strange effect called the "Humanoid-22 Anomaly". This anomaly causes the entity's traits and characteristics to change, leading them to behave like ordinary humans. This effect results in the entities attempting to communicate with survivors using sign language. Despite lacking heads, the Tarso Rahaga somehow appear to be conscious, interact with each other, and do not bump into one another during the event.
Reconstructing Scenario-Event
Once every week, the Level 22-ID will undergo an anomalous Reconstruction Scenario-Event. During this event, the level's room temperature will temporarily rise to a constant, warm temperature. All clothing in the level's landscape will be instantly replaced, and the apparel content of the Level 22-ID will be completely changed after the event concludes. The results of this "Reconstruction" are semi-permanent until the next Reconstruction Scenario-Event. On one side of the central wall of the Level 22-ID, a continuously activated digital clock is present, accompanied by an unknown narration voice (presumably an Indonesian teenage girl). The clock immediately begins counting down from 500,000 seconds in Indonesian before stopping at the onset of the next Reconstruction Scenario-Event and restarting the countdown from the beginning once the Level 22-ID has been fully reconstructed. These "Scenario" events generally last from 23 to 24 hours.
During the Reconstruction Scenario-Event, the life of the level's landscape will be dominated by the Tarso Rahaga, who manifest to roam freely within the level. The entities in question will remain active until the post-"Scenario" period, after which they will revert to being normal mannequins with their upright positions facing the west or south of the level. The exact purpose of the chosen position is still under observation.

Warga Swalayan
- This group includes all Tarso Rahaga mannequins in Level 22-ID.
- The exact number of Tarso Rahaga in existence is unknown, but the number is estimated to be around 22,600 individuals.
- This ecosystem is generally located around the center of Level 22-ID, although in theory, these entities can be found spread throughout the level.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- To enter, find a locked shop with a clean-looking metal rolling door in one of the corridors of level Level 23-ID. Open it forcibly, and you will be connected directly to the center of Level 22-ID.
- Enter a bathroom at the very back of the Right Wing of Garga Base on Level 14-ID.
- Noclip into a closet full of whichever clothes are spread across several Level 10-ID houses.
Exits
- To exit Level 22-ID you need to find a CCTV TV shop, it will lead directly to Level 15-ID.
- Noclipping on the glass of the changing room will lead directly to Level 18-ID.
