We've noticed an increase in suspicious activity from the M.E.G. recently. Initially, we suspected their “Trial Testers” division, but it would appear that a more far-reaching threat is developing within the organization. According to reports from our masked agents, the suspected M.E.G. members can be recognized by their badges and the black military uniforms they all share. Apparently, they are a division of the M.E.G.'s secret services; a certain Task Force “Sierra”. We have also identified two major suspects, believed to be their superiors.

Appearance : Overseer S, whose real name is Richard Simmons Delacroix, is a Franco-American male in his 40s, and 1.78 m tall. He is, however, systematically referred to by his code name: “S”, since only a few peoples know his real name. He has black and gray hair, his left eye is dark gray and he has a robotic eye in place of his right eye, the lens is an almost fluorescent purple and it's likely that he acquired it even before he ended up in the Backrooms. He is a mystery as it's hard to predict what he might be up to or how he might react. As for his attire, he's always been seen wearing an all-black suit and tie, including his shirt. Over it, he wears a long trenchcoat, also black, decorated with the M.E.G. Overseers insignia.

Description : The perfect archetype of: “By any means necessary”. Richard joined the M.E.G. in November 2021 and currently holds the position of Overseer S, who is in charge of the M.E.G.'s black operations. As a result, he has set up his own response team, named “Task Force Sierra”, made up of over-trained elite operators with military backgrounds, all devoted to him. Overseer S has earned the trust of the M.E.G. thanks to his outstanding intelligence and the fact that he has never failed a single operation under his leadership. Interview: We intercepted an M.E.G. operator shortly after she left Omega Base. We expected her to retaliate, but surprisingly, she turned out to be more cooperative than we thought… She even offered us some crucial information about Overseer S' current concerns.

Seras: Alright, I got it. So you want information about him naturally. Very well, it's your lucky day. I just left this goddamn group since betrayal seems to be in their customs.
Jacqueline: I see… So, what is he up to ?
Seras: You know what's funny? Precisely half an hour before, I was still giving him a report on my last operation, of which I was the only survivor.
Jacqueline: my condolences.
Seras: Please spare me that. Anyway, I was involved in what was "initially supposed” to be a rescue mission. Nothing too unusual; find the guy, or at least some clues to his disappearance, and off we went. But instead, we landed in unknown territory, and not just any territory, apparently. Judging by his unusual enthusiasm on the subject, I can tell you with certainty that this bastard intends to use every means at his disposal to solve any mystery. So expect him to launch several operations on these grounds in the near future.
Jacqueline: We are already aware that his "interests" are not for the M.E.G. In fact we have proof that he is involved with shady organizations such as the U.E.C. or the Backrooms Robotics.
Seras: Pfft, I'm not even surprised…
Seras: Just so you know, the entrance to the level in question is on Level 217, via a marked pod. However, I'd strongly advise against entering this level as, in addition to worrying about your own survival, you'll certainly have to deal with Overseer S' puppets. So… think twice before venturing down there.
Jacqueline: Thank you very much for your cooperation. We'll try to breach the M.E.G. databases in case we find anything of interest. By the way, we can keep in touch if you don't mind. Don't you crave for revenge?
Seras: Of course I do.
Jacqueline: Well, I guess we have a common point. Our opponent is not an easy one to deal with. We will need a consequent amount of preparation if we hope neutralizing him. Conclusion : With the attentive look of Madame Evangeline Holmes, we have concluded that Overseer S was trading classified intelligence and high-value objects to the enemy in order to satisfy his own interests. His methods are totally wrong, and we are determined to bring him down. Indeed, if we put all the pieces of the puzzle together, it would appear that Overseer S is organizing a large-scale operation concerning this newly-discovered level. However, we're waiting for more proof, as Overseer S' influence on the M.E.G. is far too great at the moment. Denying all our accusations would be child's play for him, unless we find an irrefutable proof that will finally weaken his reputation.
