Extra notes if you didn't understand the article: This article makes more sense if you have read the previous articles of the Origins main story before!
Paradise 772 is focused on Richard (the Patriarch of Liberation) and God, otherwise known as Entity 77X. In this installment, God subjects Richard to his ultimate trial. Each trials are meant to put Richard's mental strength to a test. While being deadly and emotionally so intense that it would break almost any beings, the trials serves a secret purpose unbeknownst to anyone. They are actually a mean to judge if a host would be compatible for God to escape its prison.

ALSO, the chronological order of the offsets matter a lot!
Note that 90% of the offsets happens before the main article!

The last destination of my journey,

A conglomeration of concepts,

God's playground.

SURVIVAL DIFFICULTY:

Class Variable

  • Infohazardous Properties
  • Extremly Unstable
  • Sudden Changes in Environment

It is highly likely that Paradise 772 possesses some kind of infohazardous1 properties, as I fail to recall certain memories and information regarding the level. In fact, when I was writing this article, certain memories seemed obvious to me, but they were all erased just as I was about to write the information, leaving me empty-headed, immobilized in front of my keyboard, knowing while not knowing what to say; as if some kind of phenomenon had erased or altered my thoughts at the last moment. And this effect seems to grow stronger the deeper I go into my memories of Paradise 772. What's more, when I tried to persist, I almost ended up hurting myself, so there's no point in trying to overcome this effect, it's not worth it.

This report was written by myself based on what I remember at T, so anything I claim in this article should be taken lightly. Chances are, the information you see does not represent reality. In fact, I'm even convinced that certain elements of the article are likely to change as you look away from the screen. You've been warned.

As I understand it, Paradise 772 is divided into different layers, which are presented as “trials". Passing all these trials will lead you to God's residence the final layer.

A Lamp Standing In The Perpetual Night

    Description

Paradise 772 consists of an endless flat landscape in which several identical lamps are scattered in random positions.

A heavy, pitch-black sky hangs over the entire landscape, plunging the scene into a perpetual state of night. The darkness of the sky, combined with an eerie silence, affect two of your five senses, generating an aura of insecurity and paranoia.

Some stars are visible in the sky. But I don't know if they're real stars or just white dots hanging in the sky, because they're strangely close to the ground.

    Properties

Lamps are both the main source of light and the only furnishings to be found in this Paradise; the premises are totally devoid of structures and materials, with the exception of occasional tall, pitch-black walls that can get in the way, creating mazes. The lamps are around 4 meters high and only illuminate a small radius on the ground, as the light cannot spread further. Using the locations of these lamps is the only reliable way to progress through the level.

    Entities?

On rare occasions, what appears to be a black humanoid figure stands just below a lamp. The figure is devoid of any facial features, at least that's what I can see from a distance. I don't know if the figure is hostile or not, or even if it's showing any vital signs, because if you decide to continue on your way and look away, the silhouette will incline towards your position, while remaining motionless in its fixed position, as if watching you, waiting for an opportunity. However, if you decide to approach, the silhouette will suddenly disappear.

    Entrances

The only way of entry is to interact with the iridescent orb while reciting the Psalm 77:2 of the golden book in the Grand Library in Paradise 771.

    Exits

After walking continuously for hours, you'll eventually come across a lamp that flickers. Stand beneath it and it will lead you to the nexParadise 772——

    Watch the countdown

    Description

Paradise 772 consists of an endless field reminiscent of a countryside.

You'll inevitably notice the exact replicas of two infrastructures that will recur throughout your exploration. They resemble farm buildings made of bricks; one is a barn and the other is a greenhouse.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a landscape in broad daylight and, to your surprise, you won't see a sun, but a countdown with four large red digits. The countdown will then start, displaying minutes and seconds.

    Properties

I noted three phases that correlate with the countdown:

    Phase 1 (00:00)

For the first 5 minutes after your arrival, the landscape will be in broad daylight. In this state, the level can be summed up as a liminal space; empty, familiar, unusually calm, and peaceful. However, I would advise you not to waste too much time and to prepare for the next phase.

    Phase 2 (05:00)

Once the countdown will reach 05:00, the sky will begin to darken and take on a gray hue. The sounds of a horde of crows will be heard in the background, although no crows are visible. This phase serves as a warning for the next phase.

    Phase 3 (06:00)

After only 1 minute, the sky will turn pitch-black. Only the countdown will remain in the sky. Although the numbers are red, the ground will be illuminated by a small contrast of white light, enough for you to perceive the basic shape of your surroundings. During this phase, sentient shadows will appear everywhere outside. Their shape can be described as a distorted abstract pattern, making them difficult to perceive in the dark. The only reliable way to spot these "entities" is the wind noise they make, but it's safer to hide in the infrastructures during this phase, as these figures are hostile and will chase anyone they spot. Once spotted, you'll have no choice but to run for your life, as the “entities” will become aware of your position at all times.

    Time is almost up

    Cycle completed (12:00)

After 6 minutes, the landscape will return to its daylight state and all the entities will disappear. The cycle will then continue, over and over again. However, after each cycles, the infrastructures will appear more dilapidated than before, and obstacles such as waste and scrap will appear on the ground, which you can trip over if you're not careful enough. And as the cycles accumulate, the effects on the environment mentioned above will intensify. So you should better keep moving, far from your starting point… Far, far away. As far away as possible.

At some point, as you run through the wasted fields because you have nowhere else to hide, you'll see a light pierce the pitch-black sky, a lighthouse will then reveal itself at the distance.
After entering it, you will slowly faint, and——

    The ocean of grief

After waking up, you'll find yourself back inside the lighthouse of Paradise 772, but when you open the door through which you entered, you'll be surprised to find that what lies behind is not a field but an ocean of eternal nothingness.

The ocean has a glowing green color that is reflected both on its surface and its depth. Such a color may arouse suspicion, but in this case, the water has no harmful properties whatsoever and can even be compared to ordinary seawater. The water tastes salty, but not as salty as seawater… indeed, the taste is comparable to that of a tear. The weight of all the world's sorrows lowered on itself, plunging the world into a perpetual ocean of tears.

After a few minutes, glowing green droplets will begin to fall, causing a torrential rain of tears.

The sound of crashing waves, the deafening thunder and the violent wind whispering in your ears will entice you to dive into the green waters, like a divine calling.

Once submerged, a sudden sensation will compel you to dive deeper into the ocean as your memory slowly fades…

I am guilty of the death of hundreds of thousands of people,

All those lives lost, because of my own actions,

Families torn apart, and an unrecoverable trauma for those who survived,

So much that their tears could fill an entire ocean.

Am I really the one to blame?

    Class772

    the-grid.jpg

    Description

Paradise 772 is a nullscape— Paradise 772 appearance can be compared as a "video game sandbox".

Unfinished textures, conceptual entities, and object prototypes are commonplace in this paradise.

An environnement fit for a creator I must say.

It's also possible to define a template on the structure of the paradise: this consists mainly, if not entirely, of low-resolution black polygons, with different colored outlines, depending on the area. The texture of the polygons can be compared to polyethylene3, with roughly the same friction and density, but much stronger to the point of being indestructible.

You'll find yourself on a large floating platform linked to many others. Below, a landscape composed of a constantly moving grid. The surface of the grid is represented by several pillars that go up and down. The purpose of this grid is unclear, and is probably destined to remain so.

The main platform is divided in two sectors: the residential area and the town place.

    Residential Area

This area takes the form of an open penthouse with a lower floor that extends into the depths. The architecture is very strange as most rooms are asymmetrical, completely devoid of furniture and often contains openings leading to adjacent rooms; the stairs often leads to dead ends and strange objects can be found in the most unexpected places.

The most notable structure in the residential area is the pyramid, at the top floor.

    Sacred Chamber

As you'll enter the pyramid of the residential area, a descending staircase will appear right before you.

After descending the stairs, you will find yourself in what appears to be the sacred chamber of Paradise 772. The contours of the structures vary from white to grey, with exactly eight pillars parallel to each other.

Right in front of you, you will find a strange animated texture that looks like lines of code flowing in a yellow background. The texture is liquid, as throwing objects into it generates water-like waves. If you interact with the texture, visions of unspecified nature will unfold in your head. A succession of scenes that unfold so quickly that you could barely understand what they are supposed to mean. Finally, after the effect has worn off, a flash will blind you and knock you out for a short moment, then, an intense headache will follow for about 5 minutes. Knowing how hazardous the substance can be with even the slightest interaction, I would not recommend diving in no matter what.

    God's Testament

At the back of the chamber, you will not miss the large screen displaying two white orbs resembling eyes, or what I assume is a representation of God. If you move closer to the screen, a text will appear and start to scroll. As I understand it, the text consists of several short sentences forming an elegy of our Dearest Creator: God.

    Town Place

    Missing alt text.

    Frontier

This area features many elements reminiscent of ancient Greek architecture, with several temples and statues scattered throughout the region. And at the back of the town place, a majestic bridge will lead to a temple significantly larger than the others. After crossing the 500-meter-long bridge and reaching the entrance of the temple, you will be greeted with a majestic grand hall, and at the far end you will see a table standing in front of two large doors. The table is missing a few elements, as four shapes are hollowed out, requiring the corresponding objects inside.

    Conceptual Islands

Four other platforms, in which contain the four artifacts, can be accessed by the main platform. They almost look identical, consisting a landscape of polygons with outlines of different colors. However, the environment of those platforms vary from each other. Here is the list of the four accessible platforms:

    P772B

North Platform: A large mountain range made up of polygons with light-blue outlines. The environment can be considered dangerous, as it's easy to slide down the slopes due to the texture of the polygons. Located in a cave inside a mountain, the first artifact is surrounded by a pond of holy code, so you must be careful when trying to retrieve it.

    Entrances

Answering God's questions in the final trial without failing will lead you into his home.

    Exits

After a few failed attempts on my part, I have come to the conclusion that it is not possible to perform a no-clip inside Paradise 772.

Open the doors of the great temple with the four mysterious artifacts. I don't know where this is supposed to lead, but in my case, I woke up in the exact place I was when I lost my memory in Paradise 771. I was still holding the golden book in my left hand, and my right hand was resting on the iridescent orb. I was frozen, in a state of confusion. Days and months passed while I thought I was in Paradise 772. Yet only one second passed in the “real world”… How come… Does Paradise 772 really exist? But still, memories of my journey to Paradise 772 come flooding back…

Unable to determine if those memories were real or not, I decided to write this article as soon as possible.

But God's voice brought me back to reality.

    Yes

    I remember now

    Liberation is slowly falling apart

Hence the reason for my despair and anxiety

But something has changed ever since

    Indeed

    I can feel it‎

    God's light in me

    Nothing can stop us now‎

The wrath of God will bring the New World‎
