↑ my feeling when reading the content that's before "Further Fluidity" part, for me is just sooo detailed but meanwhile boring, you don ha have to write so much words just to tell people "this is a city", -1 for this part.
but all these "strange" features which appeals later is pretty cool, I like them, especially how the city will change by itself, +1 for these parts.
In conclusion, I'll give an NV for the new L11.
