There should be a deletion purge on this wiki (like the fandom did a while back). There are so many old pages that are low quality and likely won’t get rewritten anytime soon. It would be nice for those levels, entities, etc. to be deleted and replaced with pages that are up to current standards.

In my opinion i feel like a full purge is a bit extreme, some people may still want to see the old content, i feel like a better idea would be to create an archive/nostalgia section of the wiki for these pages, so we are getting rid of dead space without completely removing lots of articles people may still like.

I do agree with your idea seeing that the "meta" of the backrooms from short and vague articles to more indepth and fleshed out ideas for a bigger and more satisfying read. Also we have grown out of the "sanity stage" of the backrooms where sanity was like hunger or thirst, and the concept of sanity in that state may confuse newer members/readers.

An idea I initially had was to archive pages that are important to other pages on the wiki and then delete everything else (sort of like what the scp wiki does) but after thinking about it some more your idea would be a better compromise and would probably be less controversial.
