Hey, this is my first draft. I was wondering if you guys could critique it for me.
i am NOT a mod, but I think this is a great idea. But i don't know about the game itself. Like what happens if you beat the level? Do checkpoints count? If you get killed what happens? It is a great concept and idea, but like I said what happens if those things happen. Nice work though
Several things here
1. Did you get permission from the Backrooms Freewriting author that made this level to recreate it?
2. This page is full of SPaG issues. They won't fix everything, but please run your page through something like Grammarly before posting
3. The photo is copyrighted, since that is Super Mario 64. We don't want to risk a Cease and Desist from Nintendo.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a Backrooms Freewriting author. I thought that the BackroomsArchive was pretty much just making stuff up, and that it was free to include.
I know about the errors, I'm currently running them through Grammerly.
I can change the picture, and will do so immediately
Yeah, forgive me, I didn't read the full page. I thought you were just transporting the freewriting thing over to the original site.
But yeah, the Gamerooms already kinda existed in another backrooms site so I got worried.
Carry on!
(PS no I didn't edit your page, I don't have perms to do that.)

Thanks, and that was my own dang fault. I locked myself out of editing, but have revised and have finished the page.

Also, are you editing the page? The page suddenly disappeared and told me it didn't exist. Does that mean someone else is editing it, because the editing exclusive timer ran out?
Nevermind, I changed the site code
Alright Guys, after so long,
I am on the final draft of the page. It has changed so much since the first version, so here is the new link:

This post is to move the post up higher. It took so long
An important question here is why does this belong in the Backrooms? To me, this seems just like a level that lets you play out epic video game fantasies and literally be the main character. I struggle to see how this belongs here.
The thing is, it's not like you're being thrown into a normal game. I'm not writing an isekai anime in this level.
Think of it like this:
Being thrown into a Legend of Zelda game, but there's no one there. You are not some hero given magic powers to "save the kingdom". You AREN'T the main character, you're you. This isn't like that level that actually allows you to live out a hero fantasy, this is almost an antithesis of that level.
There are no NPCs, barely any enemies, and you are almost completely alone in a desolate, almost abandoned version of your favorite game.
And you can only exit by finding the last point of the game.
Yeah, you might find some weird, cool item. But now, you are isolated and alone in some distorted version of your (probably once favorite game, at that point).
Do you guys like games?
Because I hope they like you…
The GaAmE hAs Ears. ThE WaLlS HavE Ears.
Play the game. You know you want to.
It's been a while since I reposted this.
Once again, I'm seeking your critique for my only (produced) level at this point.
Once again, I present Level 636 - "A Real Game Changer"
Cool idea, but this seems more Enigmatic Level-like. I think also making it more liminal to make it feel more "Backrooms Like" would be good too. I like this concept, but I'm not a greenlighter. I can't spot any SPaG Errors.
Yeah, you're right. This definitely fits the new definition of Enigmatic level. I began this project before the new definition was made.
Poll for anyone that responds:
Should I change to an enigmatic level?
I think so, since you already commented on my Post, you also know I'm making a Level 636, and I've changes the Level number already a few times, like i wanted it to be Level 236 but it was suddenly taken by a Level named "Puzzle Box Of Mystries". This is like a definition on an Enigmatic Level too. I live this concept stoll no matter if its not an Enigmatic Level
Thank you for your feedback.
I've been working on this level for about 6 months or longer. So, it definitely needs some updating, I think.
I'm also not that sure if it should be a Class 5 Difficulty, as you've mentioned, it takes the appearance of the wanderers favourite game and only glitches after making progress in the "level". So, what if the Wanderer's fav game is something like Animal Crossing? That's why I think a Class Pending would be better
Thank you for that. The original design I had for this level was an extremely dangerous one, but you make a great point
Had to change the link for the new unnumbered identity of this level
