I know Halloween passed, but I'm curious to see what you guys think is the scariest backrooms article you have ever read. For me, I can't really choose between Level 200 and Level 909. What about you guys?

a way out, no matter how much articles I read throughout the wiki none of them is scarier than phenomena 13.

I have a couple that stand out in my mind for a number of reasons.

• Level 66. I couldn't sleep one night, so I decided to read on here a bit. Happened to read Level 66. About halfway through, I did a cursory glance around the room, then I turned on the lights.
• Phenomenon 3. Good lord, someone needs to put a content warning on that page.
• Entity 97. Just the mental image I got from that page of one of them feeding… just no.
• Entity 123. Do I even need to explain this one?
• The Hadal Zone. I am deeply thalassophobic.
• Level 735. This one's got it all. It's an infinite ocean (thalassophobia), one where you're separated from everyone else (monophobia), may be vertically infinite (apeirophobia), possibly operated by some kind of mechanism (submechanophobia, erasophobia), and inhabited by a f___ing massive creature of some kind (megalophobia, megalohydrothalassophobia).

Phenomenon 3 and Entity 123 were some pretty good ones. Not a word of blood or gore is outright mentioned…your mind fills in all the gaps. The horror is best done psychologically like that, in my opinion.

Partygoers might make your list once it's out soon. It's being greenlit rn!

All of the articles have very good writing but none ever captured the method of scaring me. I only feel a little uneasy when reading detailed gore. Maybe there are too many things blended like such, making them all hard to see.

Honestly, none of them really bother me that much.

However, the… crimson forest, wasn't it… was the one with the giant centipedes and the fruit that turned you into one. That one was actually horrifying. It is, and without a doubt, is the scariest thing on the wiki

It wasn't the Crimson Forest. That was some other one. The Crimson Forest was a peaceful and safe level with communities in it.

Ok then. I don't remember which level I'm talking about, but it was a crimson-colored forest….

And it was the only level to actually scare me.
