Is it just me or all the pictures not showing up?
i usually hate these rewrites because they usually end up completely changing the level in a way that it's just no longer as interesting as it once was, but pretty cool
although, will admit, this is a bit daunting to read, but at least some of the especially bulky stuff were put into collapsibles

this took a year, now? boy i can tell this was quite the read
i suppose i should have expected the Quantum StableTM level rewrite to be extensive given its position in-universe, but i'm still blown away !! The big thing this rewrite does well, i think, is that despite the substantial amount of history and detail that's been put into it, the level itself is largely unchanged. As in—the previous Level 2 could have just been a rough draft of this article, devoid of the in-depth research into its story but still maintaining the key points: it's full of pipes, it's not great to stick around in, and there might have been a lot of people here once but Not Anymore (see point 2). It's added depth, not breadth, which I think does well to keep it fresh without compromising what it was before. In other words: a banger revisit all around.
Though i have noticed a few sparse typos that, while i probably could point out the general location, would probably just be easier to command-F: 'fgave', 'saught out', 'the s known exits', 'fvmidway', 'Adittionally', 'Canibal', and 'occurance'. In addition, the listed exit from Level 141 is said to lead to Level 2, rather than from it.
Whoops not sure how I missed those typo's lmao (although some of them are due to having a faulty control key smh)

You know you're allowed to just fix any minor typos or grammar bits you see, right? You don't need to ask the author to do it

Quite interesting, but I don't know how to feel about the quality of the text itself. Right from the fact Level 2 is repeated some 76 times, some sentences are written in a way that is quite odd to read, like in the very first paragraph.
Concept-wise, this article is somewhat big, but it doesn't necessarily feel like it has an identity crisis. It's cool, definitely an expansion over the original article while still adding new stuff without making it too cluttered I'd say.
But again, the way it is written feels a bit awkward. I am more than happy to present some examples if asked, but I want to leave my message concise. So for now, I am leaving a tentative no-vote.

This rewrite isnt bad by any means in fact I would say its one of the better classic level rewrites, however my issues with all these classic level rewrites still hold true with this article. There was nothing wrong with the OG level 2 so in my eyes this has no reason to exist but its existence doesnt bother me really at all so I won't downvote it. I actually do want to upvote this because I do enjoy some of the expansions made to the core concept but I cant in good faith give this my upvote for the reason i stated earlier. its gonna be a novote for now, maybe with time i will change my mind.
Edit: the name was also a million times better like pipe dreams was actually interesting unlike ¨abandoned utility halls¨ like bro c'mon that's one of the the least creative/interesting level names ive seen😭

This Level 2 is basically the new one! The old one was only 3 paragraphs of description, and unfortunately not much else. this rewrite exists to expand Level 2 by taking most lore from other pages about Level 2 and making it all in one page
