Holy fucking shit man, that went so hard. I love everything on this article: the brotherhood, the 7 step process, the suspense… It's just so epic lol.
What I particularly enjoyed most was how the page began turning more and more "obscure" as the read proceeded. You already begin to notice how fucked up things really, truly are when among the test subjects, slowly but surely some pretty gross and striking results started showing up.
It was all but mere self-deception. But still, we will persevere to find the true way out one day or other. Until then, take my well earned upvote!
Edit: it also seems like sacrificing the best slot numbers has been worth it after all! Props man.

This Article is just a masterpiece, I Can't explain it differently.
I actually Read this back then, when I was reading it was Night. After reading it, I was so terrified, and this Somehow didn't leave my head. I hardly even slept after reading it.
This article just shows how terrifying and dark a Backrooms page can be. Backrooms itself is already terrifying enough, a Cruel Alternate reality that everyone can enter without even noticing it. However this page… Makes it even more terrifying.
I feel bad for the Overseer-C, Andrew. You can understand and feel his sadness about being unsuccessful at his mission, Overseer. I felt more upset and bad when I saw the people testing, people who hoped to get out of the Backrooms and go back to their homes but died in the most disgusting way possible… This page gets darker and darker when you read more.
My rating: 10/10 nothing else to say more. This is the Best page after Icarus Prodicens. A Flawless Masterpiece.

i think the article is implying these unfortunate two basically became gaster irl
as in… literally shattered across time and space. spread across the backrooms. existing in just the tiniest of atoms strung together in horrifying imitations of molecules.
since level 38 is a foldpoint where all levels numerically below it intersect, its safe to say the same happened to these poor sods
how the m.e.g. even found out is arguably scarier, because good fucking god i cant imagine what the physical manifestation of THAT must look like
as for th3 sh4dy gr3y, the m.e.g. presumably does still have people who regularly keep in touch with them there, and hell doesnt specifically have to mean th3 3nd, it just means the entirety of th3 sh4dy gr3y (remember: in icarus procidens, it is called the cosmic nadir. it could probably be called the very bottom of the backrooms universe, which is basically good enough to make it count as hell)

goddamn, i feel like the ones who had presumably near-instant deaths got off real easy compared to the others (exploding/being flash-frozen compared to being sent to th3 sh4dy gr3y, slowly dying of carbon monoxide poisoning or literally being shattered across time and space? not even close)
i also love the religious theme of the brotherhood and the recurring number of 7 for their instructions, really hammers in home the cult theme of the faction
