How long are phone numbers usually in The Backrooms?

For Level 114 (the level I'm furrently writing to go with The Musician), I plan to have telephones placed around that can be used to call him or anyone else. However, I'm not sure how long phone numbers are in the backrooms. Do they really have a set length? Does it matter? Thanks in advance!!

There hasn't been a set length for phone numbers, but I imagine most would think of the US standard, which is ###-###-####. I'm not sure if every other phone number across the world follows this, so that's why I say US Standard.
