Just reading the first sentence I could see tone errors. It does not sound sophisticated or professional (this does not mean clinical), and it needs a lot of work. The idea itself is just boring. "Oh this guy gives out milk which could kill you! Spooky!" The Milkman itself just sounds like SCP-173 that's passive sometimes.

Overall, it's not good.
