I've never seen anyone talk about this and I'm actually kinda curious.

So like, since people seem to need to be able to eat or drink, is using the bathroom something that happens regularly as well?? If so, how many levels actually *have* bathrooms? I know that there's one that is literally all bathrooms, but other than that I really don't know.

On a similar note, do periods also happen? How do people deal with those???

The simplest response to this is that yes, wanderers do still need to use the bathroom and have periods. I imagine they deal with those things the way you’d imagine it, either when they have or do not have supplies to help them. Of course, unless the level they’re staying in says otherwise, I say that humans in the Backrooms function just as normally as humans in the Frontrooms.

Certain levels do have bathrooms.

For example, Level 189 is a level comprised of bathrooms and bathrooms only.
