Honestly I feel like this is written really well, there's no detail spared on the towns, I can believe the place's existence, it honestly sounds like a lovely place to live in lol. Plus I can tell a lot of effort went into crafting and making this believable. Which well done! It paid off!

My issue is that it's just… not Backrooms, I guess. And I know that sounds like something completely stupid, considering that The Backrooms as a whole does pretty much whatever it feels like (not a problem in my eyes) though there are still basic unspoken principles that are followed with a level. In my eyes, at least.

The whole thing just feels like a write-up for a fantasy world without the presence of magic or other races. Which would be great! If this was what the site is, which it's not. I'm not saying you couldn't pull off the idea of having a bunch of towns in one shared Level and have it really down-to-earth feeling, I just feel that this Level detaches itself so far from the usual tropes and conventions that even the most out-there format screws follow.

So is it good? Yes! Whole heartedly so! Genuinely nice work! :3. But is it Backroomy? Not really. I don't wanna downvote as this is good work, but I also don't wanna upvote for the reasons I've said above. Hence my choice to not vote at all

Boring captured my feelings with this level quite well, and in fact that's a problem I've run into in my own writing. I often ask myself if I'm really writing backrooms or just writing weird non-related fantasy to which I add "wanderer" "level" etc by force. Ultimately, I give my votes based on whether the piece entertained me, and this one did, so there you have my +1 (also because it uses my headers ;)

This is incredibly well done and detailed. I quite like the approach of detailing the culture in a level, which was executed perfectly in this. A definite upvote and interestinf read!

It is a very well-written article, and I will give it a +1. The only issue is that it doesn't really give off that "Backrooms" vibe (if that's how you name it) (I might sound like a Fandom user lol).

Pretty solid level. I think the twist was a little underdeveloped, but it didn't take away from the rest of the article (which was pretty solid on its own), and if this setting up like a tale series or something rather than just being a standalone work, then the ending's structure works really well.

I really just commented to share my controversial opinion that "actually I think putting a 'fantasy worldbuilding thing' on the backrooms wiki is good actually" lol.

I'd say this level should be class-habitable. Heck, it's probably more habitable than some levels that actually are classed as habitable.

imo, there's a way to implement a concept like this while connecting it to the setting of the wiki, but this feels perfunctory. if you had stripped this page of words like "level" and "wanderers", would you still have been able to tell that this was a backrooms level?
