Is anyone still interested in creating a game?

Recently i was struck by the idea of making a backrooms game with the some of the wiki elements,and actually having a storyline.
I even have some arleady written plot and character art concepts,but unfortunately programming is not my strong side.
So, I'm just wondering if someone is interested.
