I really like this post, but something bothers me. How exactly does the M.E.G know the stomkin substance is an acid and not a random corrosive compound or even a base? They have no way of knowing what it is without knowing the molecule.
According to chemistry, An acid is any substance that in water solution tastes sour, reacts with some metals to liberate hydrogen, reacts with bases to form salts, and promotes chemical reactions (acid catalysis).
Maybe the M.E.G has some makeshift science equipment?

I love how the wall of flesh from terraria is just chilling in a us highway
too much stuff going on; the article tries to cram in so many aspects of this level that it ends up focusing on none of them. many of the fauna and flora could make entire entity pages, and there's a whole array of settlements with no real variance between them. just wish the article had more focus.
