I speak English, German and Spanish but IDK what this says at all.
Edit: just checked each word alone through google translate and it seems to be a mix of multiple languages such as latin and romanian though I can't make anything of it.

Looking at the source code, the text is all gibberish. Links — except for one — take us to pages associated with black Knights, yet there is no category tag to this page. The one link that does not take us to the pages takes us to an unfinished page in a sandbox.
