This is great! However, I think you should elaborate more on the void, as well as the cars. Just a thought…
I'll be 100% honest, here. The concept is great. However, how the article was elaborated was good, but not the best.
In particular:
Concept: 10/10
I like the idea of a mysterious parking lot of sorts. Love the picture as well.
SPaG: 10/10
There are no issues with it.
Execution: 7/10
Somehow poorly explained yet very detailed. I'm not sure if I like it. It is overall…too simple, I don't know. You should have explained better the abyss as well.
Tone: 7.75/10
Gotta hate how the description starts. The abyss surrounding the lot is dangerous, I get it, but it doesn't explain why. I know that I already said this, but this should have been elaborated after explaining the main properties of the lot1. It also starts off too fast paced. I don't know how to explain this… Maybe, it's how I read it.
Additional: Also, it's a shame that Level 14 is now totally different and makes the corrisponding exit to it in Level 35, therefore, a bit off-theme.
I'd upvote, but I'm just not sure about it.

I thought the Ambulance could take me to Level 14 - "The Military Hospital", but it takes me to Level 14 - Paradise.

Needs a lot more information about the void and how it is dangerous.
Also, how does the garage fill with cars? Are they not moving while the wanderer runs across them? If we should not approach an exit for fear of spawning cars, then how can someone safely exit?
This needs quite a bit of work
