Basic, but not bad.

How long is the street, about? Is there a rough max occupancy of the diner? Im assuming it isn’t infinite. Does it actually serve food or provide supplies?

Barebones level. The mirrored street trick is a nest visual, but amounts to basically nothing since there is almost zero characterization to the interior of the building.
