Heyo! I'm going through every Entity in the list and reviewing each one in order, then leaving reasons as to why. Here's my review of this one!
Thoughts: This is very weirdly formatted, and the writing itself does little better. It really drips away with unnecessary creepypasta vibes, and I don't exactly like how it is written at all.
Result: -1
Too basic for me; It's just a spooky person, yet another murder-monster.

Level 1.5 is too good to be ignored after reading this bad article. Interesting idea, but OP tried too hard to be spooky, which sorta broke the spookiness itself. Sorry. -1
