This is the discussion related to the wiki page Object 15 - "Firesalt".
I think it could really use one myself. This page has so little. You really can't justify this being its own page by today's standards. Maybe throw in some lore or something at the very least, if not going into more detail with it. It's a cool concept, but it's pretty lacking as an article.
For the pyroil thing, I’d like to make a suggestion:
The idea that melting firesalt makes pyroil, yet throwing firesalt into water causes it to boil makes no sense. Wouldn’t the firesalt just melt into pyroil while being in the boiling water?
My suggestion: change it to “the application of consistent heat and pressure over the course of an hour to firesalt crystals creates a clear, slightly viscous substance called ‘pyroil’…”
(account deleted)This Object is nice and simple, having strong characteristics of the wiki's 'classic' pages, but whenever I come across this page, I feel like there's something missing. Maybe this Object needs an image, or maybe even a rewrite?

Great Article. It clearly lays out the principals of Firesalts and adds an interesting, unique and useful item to the backrooms.
If it needs anything, it needs a picture and an extra nugget of lore.
I'm not a huge fan of it not effecting the backrooms environments but to each their own.
It needs a rewrite.
Don't get me wrong. It is useful and pretty great, and while personally I think it needs a lot more, for a simple article from 2020, it's still pretty damn good. It holds up although a theme, some graphs and a quick tale could add so much.
