Title: Phenomenon 28-ID - "All Access"
Author: lemme
Release: 2024
All Access, one of which is the original door.
Description
All Access is the name given to a phenomenon characterized by the appearance of fake doors surrounding a primary door used by survivors. All Access typically takes the form of multiple identical doors, mimicking the genuine one. This causes survivors to become confused about which door is real, as they all appear identical. If a survivor leaves a marker on the genuine door, all the fake doors will immediately mimic it. Conversely, if a marker is placed on an incorrect door, the marker will vanish. All Access also affects the view behind all doors, including the genuine one: the entire area—be it a room or a corridor—will be completely dark, unable to be illuminated even by a flashlight. Illumination only occurs if the door behind the survivor is properly closed. The fake doors will transport the survivor to a region within the current level that has a high entity concentration. However, if the source level is devoid of dangerous entities, the door will instead transport the survivor to a random, hazardous level. All Access will dissipate naturally after some time and reappear elsewhere. To date, there are no recorded instances of All Access manifesting in the same location twice.
The number of fake doors that appear usually varies, and they do not replace or alter the position of the genuine door. Consequently, survivors who are already familiar with the exact location of the original door face little difficulty when encountering All Access. This fact causes All Access to be largely underestimated by most survivors, as it frequently appears in inhabited areas where residents are already familiar with their surroundings. Nevertheless, for survivors who are unfamiliar with the area, All Access can be a dangerous phenomenon.

History
The phenomenon was largely overlooked because survivors rarely pay attention to the appearance of extra doors around the ones they regularly use. Coupled with its relatively rare frequency, many survivors remained unaware of its existence. All Access finally received attention after many survivors reported having the same experience and subsequently attempted to investigate the phenomenon further. The nickname "All Access" was ultimately assigned because the sheer number of fake doors surrounding the real one suggested a multitude of paths to other areas; however, all of these doors ultimately serve as traps. The phenomenon was initially considered an entity but was eventually reclassified due to the difficulty of defining the concept of "life" in relation to All Access.
Do's and Don'ts
If you know which door is correct, enter with conviction. Avoid all doors if in doubt, and seek an alternative exit route. If forced to enter a door, observe the interior carefully. If you suspect it is the wrong door, seek another until the correct one is confirmed. After that, good luck.
The phenomenon can be circumvented by marking the floor—for example, by painting, vandalizing, or simply placing an object in front of the correct door. All Access only mimics the genuine door, not the surrounding area such as the floor and ceiling. Therefore, if you see any markings on the floor or ceiling indicating the correct door position, you should enter through that door.
Another countermeasure utilizes how All Access mimics markers placed on the doors: if the marker vanishes, the door is fake; if it remains, the door is genuine. This method should be repeated until the correct door is found, as the disappearance process takes only a dozen seconds and is easily observable.
