THANK YOU. I used to work as a radio announcer / disc jockey for WKPA radio in my home town of New Kensington, Pennsylvania (1969/1970). Once a month, the station manager and I would go through the many, many 45 singles and record albums sent to us by studios and artists hoping for a little air time, a little fame. The manager would play a moment or two of each track and assess the song with a yes-or-no and a colored sticker if accepted. My point is that every artist was invested in the effort and desperate to get in the game. Some of the records were absolutely horrible! Others were amazing!

I take comments here as seriously as I can, based on my life experience. At 71, I am not as desperate as I used to be, but I still want to get (and stay) in the game. I respect you and your opinions. Thank you again!

Trying to not repeat myself here too often, but THANK YOU for supporting my vision. More is expected from me (because of my age and experience) and I do NOT want to let my readers down. You make my efforts worthwhile.

It makes one think. If this phenomenon wasn't an inherent property of the Backrooms as a whole, perhaps we wouldn't know this world as it currently is, and would instead be another generic world unable to be differentiated from the rest. It would, in essence, lose its main charm we all like and are so familiar with.

Very well though article, Goerman. Reading your works has thus far made me ponder a lot, and I like that. I'm about to release an entry that also very much has Liminal Echo present in it (who would have thought, phenomena in the Backrooms can also be influenced by other phenomena in the Backrooms huh). I don't think it'll be as good as this one, but I'm not really worried about that. We should focus on contributing our best to the wiki and have the most fun we can in the process with the contest, regardless of who wins in the end. That way we all can become the true winners.

But even then, I ended up really enjoying it! Loved the conspiracy theory approach with the examples — the sheer force of how well they were written actually helped me grasp the concept better, such that my opinion had flipped by the end. I liked the Level 283 description the best… super vivid and thematically appropriate. I suppose if anything, the sense of paranoia about the Backrooms being "out to get us" could have been conveyed throughout the article just a teeny bit more… might have been what I found lacking at the beginning of the article.
