I have reviewed your complaints, and in my defense:
- No one would care to read the bar at the bottom; if it really was relevant and important to a reader's purpose of reading an article or reviewing a theme, then the greenlighter would've pointed it out in critique and that did not happen.
- I don't see any reason to change the shadows of the sidebar's header, of course, it is needed for navigation's sake but the texts are laid out at the bottom of the header and I don't think the header would be of relevance to someone looking around.
- I don't see how it is hard to look at (though I agree that the static effect may have caused some issues, so I took it out), it would be nice if you could point it out. If you want to, I can lessen the brightness of the main text.
Overall, I think your criticism is nitpicky, is very specific down to the small details, and has good points. I'll work on it as soon as I can.

The theme looks like database and lazuli combined together with weird effects, dont really like it.

It is inspired by Lazuli and I didn't want to use it because of GOI purposes.

As for the colors and shadows and the links, I will change them.

This page doesn't hit the right spot for me. The theme is generally pretty hard to look at and difficult to read; it appears too visually similar to lazuli just with a bit less saturation and the scan overlay overtop it¹. The sidebar headers are very difficult due to its shadow being virtually the same color as the actual text itself. The text at the bottom² is completely impossible to read due to the text being the same color as the background. I see little to no reason to use this over the lazuli theme other than needing it for a GoI related entry.

I really like the consistency with the blue. There isn’t much change in the tones but it keeps it simple. I like it. Though the visited and unvisited link colors look the same. Though that might just be my color blindness being stupid.
