I dunno man, there's something about this one that just makes me neutral to it, and not in a good way. I wish it was a little more… engaging in a way? The way it's told feels… off… plus 25000 inhabitatans is a ridiculous number, i don't care if 17000 are non-human, 25000 iis 25000. Heck, Level 11 only has 129500, which makes this level has roughly a fifth of Level 11's population, which is hella unrealistic for a level that most wanderers would never know about.

We're in a sublayer of this level. We can't go beyond this solar system without the necessary equipment. But, the rest of the unknown universe is scaring for someones.

holy unreadable font. besides that, there isn't much notable about the level itself. it's a safe village civilization that feels more appropriate for a high-fantasy novel than the backrooms.

theres a ridiculous overuse of commas and also some weird paragraph spacing, but i love the details you use to describe this place. the level itself gives a very mystical vibe, which also saves me from downvoting

The page itself is… good I suppose? My main problem here is just how often commas are used. Almost every sentence is split up into several segments by intersecting commas, which makes the page flow really chopping for me. This could also likely be expanded upon even more than it already is with some proper world building. My current verdict is -1, however, it could easily change should the page be improved.
