What happened to the negative levels?: Re: What happened to the negative levels?

Merged into the positive levels I believe, if it hasn't been pruned it likely has a new number.

What happened to the negative levels?: What happened to the negative levels?

Wed, 19 Aug 2026 13:19:29 +0000

I've seen a thread of whether or not they're allowed, but now I can't find the negative levels anywhere on the wiki. It's like they were erased from existence, but my memory, as well as a snapshot of Level 0 from 2023 seems to prove that they were once here, so what happened?

What if the Backrooms is a living entity that goes to other dimensions, tears them apart and then that dimension becomes a level in the Backrooms? The entities aren't FROM the Backrooms, they're things that lived peacefully in their own home before the Backrooms corrupted it completely, driven insane and forced to do inhumane things just to feed. Maybe that's why humans can noclip into the Backrooms. It's taking over our dimension, and we'll suffer the same fate as the entities already in it.

What is the “turning point” of the Fun War?

How does it affect the Earth?

I am not actively soliciting reads or votes! What I am doing is exhaling a sigh of relief now that "Fun War - Turning Point" is finally finished and posted. And thanking all of my friends and colleagues for your kindness and support. At 73, I will continue to write for the Backrooms for as long as I am able…

No. CCBYSA 3.0 allows you to do whatever you want with an article under its license so long as you credit the author.

Because the Backrooms was created by the internet instead of one singular author, there is technically no canon. However, we do have canons here on the wikidot site that you can read/add to.

That depends. Am I Overseer-A, or am I Overseer-B and so forth? Because I think Overseer-A has full control over M.E.G operations, while Overseer-B and lower, while still being overseer(s), don’t necessarily have that high of authority.

To answer the question, if I were Overseer-A, I would make it so that both personnel and refugee welfare would be top priority. Can’t have a group of you don’t have people, can you? To enact this, I would limit the amount of field operatives permitted to carry out a voyage based off of a level’s survival difficulty (SD), while refugees are forbidden from assisting in voyages entirely.

If I were -B and under, I’d probably aim for just trying to be a good overseer and remain loyal to bettering humanity.

What is the "True Backrooms": Re: What is the "True Backrooms"

Error012 provides a good explanation. It could also be in reference to Level 0, which in the eyes of a group of people known as "Limpurists," is the only level of the Backrooms.

reproduction in the backrooms: Re: .

Thu, 10 Jul 2025 08:33:13 +0000

I mean…I guess!? It really depends on what you want to have reproduce. If it's a human, then yeah. They reproduce normally. If it's the entities, I assume it's the same but at the same time, not many of the entities wear clothes so I assume they reproduce asexually or they don't reproduce at all.
