Alright. I'd made it this thus far; couldn't be too hard. I nervously rubbed my palms and shakenly glanced over my shoulder every half-second. Ok. Breath in. Breath out. Then I saw it. Hiding there in the darkness, it was a face. A smiling face. Jesus, what the fuck is that? I retreated back, eyes locked with the thing, and took a deep breath. Ok: three, two o-. It stepped out of the darkness, and revealed the horrible soup of flesh and bone that was its body. No one else - no one who'd survived - had ever seen the thing.

And that hasn't changed.
