The interconnected Partygoer saga was meant to be in five parts:
POI – “Partygoer Zero”
Entity 67 – “Partygoers =)”
Level 26 – “The SS Fun”
Entity 167 – “The Party Hosts”
Tale – “Fun War – Turning Point”
In Entity 67 – “Partygoers =),” the M.E.G. official responsible for investigating the Partygoers is confronted with irrefutable evidence that the Partygoers are not simply a cult of wanderer cannibals that disguise themselves as entities in order to hide their identity and intentions. The Partygoers are recognized as anomalous entities for the first time.
Level Fun was only a rumor on the Partygoer page. “While we recently learned the possible origin of Partygoers, we have yet to locate the sanctuary they now call home… What we do know about Partygoer headquarters comes from the recent hacking of several of their websites. "Level Fun" is a cruise ship filled with party rooms.”
Level 26 – “The SS Fun ” begins with “NOTE: Much of the information here has been obtained from partygoer websites and confirmed by our lone witness and scrutiny on our behalf.” The M.E.G. is not omnipotent and only recently had a single witness step forward to testify about her bold escape from Level Fun.
I admit to being initially confused about the pushback to Level Fun. Now, I understand.
Many of the things that the critics want to see in the Level Fun page [such as 1. What happens when the cruise ship enters a level? 2. Do the partygoers fight? 3. How does it go for the humans? 4. Can it enter physically instead of no-clipping? 5. How is the partygoer society in SS fun? 6. What entices wanderers to go there like the old level fun?] are, for the most part, still unknown, at present. This page reflects an initial M.E.G. assessment.
More was to be revealed in Entity 167 – “The Party Hosts,” with a dramatic ending in the tale – “Fun War – Turning Point.” This was to conclude my Partygoer obligation.
As of now, we will see where it goes…
P.S. I am delighted to learn that several authors are planning to expand the Partygoer lore =).
