What would you guys do if you were promoted to Overseer within the M.E.G.?

Imagine you found yourself in The Backrooms in the early years of The M.E.G. and quickly got integrated as an operative. Not only were you a veteran within The M.E.G., but you also were the mind behind many missions, and your ideology for the group quickly got you a lot of support. You climbed The M.E.G. corporate ladder, gaining respect and support from many members until you were eventually nominated and elected as an Overseer.

What would you do? Which levels would you set missions on? How would you make The M.E.G. the most powerful group and conquer the entire Backrooms?

Honestly, I would think about supplies first, since they are the most important thing in any mission or exploration. Maybe start with safe levels and then increase the scale of missions until you reach levels that at least have a safe exit. I don't know the last one well, since I don't usually work in government or important places, but if I had to make a decision I would say explore, collect and rescue. Conquering all the Backrooms would be difficult but perhaps with invitations from more members it would be perfect for new missions and explorations, both rescue and searching for supplies, which at the same time discover new levels.

I would sit in my office staring at my computer screen all day, filling out forms and droning on about mission statements.

Since the MEG already controls level 1, funneling new wanderers into the MEG and getting them safely into headquarters for recruitment would be my plan. Find the areas they are most likely going to no-clip into in Level 1 and make sure there are supplies and instructions to get them to safety

I would prioritize the gathering of supplies and new members and research. There are so many "loopholes" I think I have found. I would begin research on how to survive the most efficiently since there are items that would definitely make everything so much easier. I would also want to gather more members, and prioritize the exploration of safe levels and entities to make sure I have a base and area to return to after every exploration.
