Would The Lost see modern levels?

We all know The Lost came to The Backrooms a very long time ago. In this time when The Lost would have entered The Backrooms, stuff like ceiling lights, and modern moist carpet from Level 0 did not exist and was to be invented in the far future. Did the lost enter The Backrooms and get shocked by all this modern technology? Or did these levels not exist yet? If they did exist, does that mean The Backrooms levels out there right now represent all of time? If they didn't and The Lost were sent somewhere else representing their time more accurately, does that mean backroom levels are consistently being created as time in The Frontrooms passes?

It seems that while some levels changed form over the time due to things like Liminal Echo or Frontrooms Reflection, or even that some levels like Level 51 were and are still in a rather ancient form, some other levels like Level 2 seem to always have been in their current form, as we know The Macchina were as ancient as the lost, yet scavenged the level for its mechanical parts (which caused their demise).

To still link this to the Backrooms phenomena we know about, we can talk about the idea of the ideosphere, which is "the metaphysical 'place' where thoughts, theories, ideas, and ideation are regarded to be created, evaluated, and evolved." (thanks Wikipedia). With the theory of the existence of this ideosphere, we can assume that humans didn't create modern technology, as the idea was always there in the collective consciousness, waiting to be discovered by people. Some levels line Oneiroscape, while not being in the core canon, seem to prove such hypothesis, as not only the town, but also the inhabitants, acts and live as a 60s american town, even during the Antiquity. So it would mean that phenomena like Liminal Echo would base themselves on this ideosphere which is directly linked to human consciousness and therefore create levels, entities… linked to it.
