Many levels mention the presence of WiFi. I've assumed so far that this is the main means of communicating between levels. I also suppose that there exists some kind of barrier to the frontroom internet, otherwise everyone would be using it to communicate with their loved ones and the backrooms wouldn't be such an unknown concept. But as with everything in the backrooms, I suppose the internet must be some distorted reflection of the frontroom version. I wonder to what extent it's possible to keep track of the real world. Can I continue current affairs, culture, and what my friends and family are doing?
