Well, first of all, the concept could be expanded on. It is a very short article, very simple. Its concept seems like a combination of the concepts for Level 432 and Level 114. The main difference is that the level is safe, and there is no door leading to a black void.
Now, before I give you ideas on how to expand on this idea and make it different from the above-mentioned levels, I'm going to break your article down by paragraph for grammar, spelling, and other errors. I will also tell you if I see something I believe you could explain better.
Skipping the first sentence; it is fine:
Level 323 is a nigh-perfect recreation of the average basement. Reports from wanderers reveal that its size, shape, and contents differ depending on the childhood memories of the person inside. Due to this, there is not much information on this level aside from its basic contents. A dim light illuminates the level.
Good vocabulary in the first sentence. This second sentence pretty much matches the description of level 114, except it's a basement. Regarding the third sentence, couldn't you give examples of people who have come into the level, and how different it was each time? Readers will want to know how it differs, they don't want you to just tell them it does and then move on. Does the size change? Is it just one room, or multiple ones? Why do these changes matter? What impact do they have on the level? You could easily come up with accounts of people entering the level and observing the changes that occur.
There are no known bases, outposts, or communities on this level.
I suggest that you make it to where there are multiple basements in the level. Maybe make it to where it's a long hallway with doors that open to said basements. Then there can be outposts, etc. You need more detail than what you said in the first paragraph.
Exiting will lead you to Level 117.
You have a picture of the exit, but how do you get to that exit? Like I said before, you need more detail than just what is in the first paragraph. The ending seems very abrupt. I don't believe that it would last long on the levels list the way it is now.
Overall, here is what you need to do to improve your article:
If you don't add more details, it will be too barebones for anyone to like
There are already some similar ideas to yours out there. Change it up a little bit.
You'll have to do it eventually. People will ask questions. You should do your best to go ahead and answer them so you won't have to do it later.
That's all (from me) Folks!
