As follows:
1. Where should I put the image block code? On site the images are often alongside the text and I'm not sure if people put the code before or after the text, or if it's put seperately into the image block page(the sandbox thing has two choices for initial content. Somebody explain it aaa)
2. I haven't thoroughly figured out the image policy thing so I'm just gonna ask if this can be used https://weburbanist.com/2017/01/09/street-light-art-traffic-signals-emit-surreal-rainbow-streams-in-hazy-city/
Also do I just need to write that the image is licensed under something at the bottom of the article and that's it, or is it sth else

Sorry if I was asking something already answered somewhere but I honestly haven't heard of these before.
Where to put the image is up to you, and you can put it anywhere. For putting it right next to the text, just paste the image block code right before the paragraph.
As for the image, I don't believe it can be used. Many websites that aren't explicitly giving you permission can't be used, so you may have to find another. (if u want gimme a theme and ill try getting one).
And yeah, put the image licensing either under the "author" collapsible at the bottom, or (after the page is greenlit), put the license in the comment section.
Hope this helps!
I exist for the sole purpose of writing this
!Thank you so much
I'm trying to look for photos of either traffic lights or any kind of streetlight and the light beam has to be visible, i.e. the pictures in the link. Like some kind of tyndall effect but the light is focused in a single beam instead of a plane. (idk if I explained it in a way ppl could understand)
I could just draw it if there aren't any pics available tho
