Bro this is awesome! I've always loved the idea of organization and groups throughout the Backrooms, but I have never thought about illegal groups forming and having outposts such as the ones on this level. This is awesome!
Great execution, compared to most other 0-9 levels. Good job! Very interesting take on how criminals would operate in the Backrooms - dynasties, minimal resource wasting by fighting, silence.

Hello. Just being polite and asking if you would be fine if I made an entity that has a main base on this level. Basically, he's a traveling merchant that looks for exotic items and trades them for other items. He has a shop in this level, but it is quite hidden. Would you be fine if I made this? I like it. There was a lot of effort that went into the details of this. The fact it's a sub-level of 9 instead of 11 because the authorities are less likely to establish a base on 9. The different types of gangs present, from Yakuza to cartels. The fact that it's actually quite peaceful since the gangs understand each other and agree on no needless violence.
