1) Level doesn't exist yet. These articles are expository works for the level so there's nothing to link to for the time being.
2) Could you elaborate on what exactly didn't make the level click?

1) Then wait until it does exist to post this. It doesn't really make sense when we can't read the level yet.
2) There's nothing to keep my attention. I was also distracted by the seemingly pointless non-conventional name and pondering why it was chosen instead of a regular number.

The focus is not the level. Level 452 is the setting for this thing. The details of 452 itself I'm intentionally keeping vague for the time being because I want people to piece together what they can until the actual 452 article (which is going to be a huge collaborative effort) comes out. For my own reasons, until I get the expository articles out of the way, 452 as an article won't be onsite. I don't think this should really matter that much personally, but that's just me and you're entitled to your own opinion regarding the chronology of the articles.

There's nothing to keep my attention

I would appreciate if you could tell me why this is the case. Other people have told me why it would fail to do so, but I'm eager to hear what you have to say.

seemingly pointless non-conventional name

It's a GoI format. 452's council is different from the M.E.G. and its affiliated entities, so it uses a different system which the M.E.G. isn't aware of, hence why it's not on the standard list. This isn't your fault for not knowing, and is on me for not clarifying, though I do wish that you wouldn't base your opinion of an article based on its format.

I highly enjoyed this. Having to try as hard as possible to keep my eyes closed and make 0 movement while hearing this thing breathing into my ear at 3 AM sounds utterly terrifying.

Generally freaky. The notes, writing, and the way you wrote the entity are unique.
I would ask for a theme, because without one it’s just kinda an eyesore to read through the entity without the dark mode on, but everything checks out and is pretty good!
