Alright, after a full read; I like the idea. There hasn’t been much technological entities, and those said entities could be one of the most destructive. Also, considering it offers Doom, I would’ve been dead in a heartbeat if I didn’t know what it was.

Absolutely loved it. The horror was on point here. One of my favorite entities along with dentists and your centipedes. Only complaint is that it's sort of similar to SCP-096.
Also the fact that the eyes light up after a while is terrifying.

What happens to the victims soul and corpse if they die to entity 666?
The souls of the person just disappears, since I don’t believe in souls or an afterlife. The corpse will just be the mutilate corpse as a product of the second method of killing them. However, they could just be dead fork the heart attack.
TLDR; Their soul would die off and their corpse remains to decompose.
Where there is a choice of two evils, I choose both.
You know, I’m not one for religion, but doesn’t where the soul goes ultimately depend on what the soul did?

But the backrooms does have afterlives and souls. To my knowledge, the typical afterlife is The Grave, but The Void and Level 1.5 also function as afterlives , and you can also become become a Static Ghost or Wraith, or you could even have your own personal paradise if Phenomenon 21 happens to you. There are probably many more that I just don't know about.
It's a perfectly fine idea, nothing groundbreaking, but it could be a good entity if executed well. However, I find the formatting unclear, the SPaG very poor, and the way it's presented underwhelming. It started out strong, describing how it spreads before getting to what it actually does, but then you reveal its origin then and there, which could've been an interesting note to end on instead. The way it's described it just quite poor, honestly. Some of the information presented seems contradictory, and it doesn't flow well at all.
This could've been a good article with some more careful review and revisions, but instead it's a downvote from me. I hope it'll be cleaned up to a higher quality someday.
I'm strongly impressed by the gif in the second log lol, imagine scrolling to read the log for a bit and scroll up just to see the eyes glowing, I was scared the heck out lol. Great job!
