Hi!

Level 6 is kind of near and dear to my heart due to it being the first new level I ever contributed to the wiki back in the stone age of 2019. The tricky thing was that I was very new to writing at the time and didn't know how to capture the feeling I wanted to create with this level, and after several rewrites, that original vision I had was long gone. Now, almost three years later, I finally managed to make Level 6 feel the way I always wanted it to. Hell yeah!

This is just my opinion.
I feel they added an unnecessary community, unnecessary entity and replaced the simple but imposing dark photo with a… map made on paper…
And this keeps saying don't flip the switch without explaining what happens if you do.
The addition that "Level 6 isn't dangerous because there's something there. It's dangerous because there's nothing there." was the only thing I liked about this rewrite, it made it way more terrifying but still, I think the level was better before when it was simpler and more mysterious.

I feel like this is a great article but I prefer the original one. This rewrite basically turns an article with the amazing punchline of "do not turn on the light" into just another article. It's a really great article mind you but I personally prefer the original one. no vote as this certainly isn't bad

Bro.
It’s a picture they took themselves.
The only time the CC Police will kick in is if it’s in another license than the ones accepted.
Like, right now I can’t hop on FFXV, find a cool picture Prompto took, and use it for my page. This is because it’s marked under Square Unix, which might get copyrighted and taken down.
If it even was taken under Roblox, I doubt Roblox would do anything. Probably because it’s pitch darkness.
In fact, send me a picture of the dark concrete room. Because that picture ain’t it. It’s just pure bloody darkness.

I know the issue’s resolved but as a heads up, it doesn’t matter what the picture is. The rewrite author was the one who put the picture there. They absolutely had the permission to. And considering you didn’t think they got permission “either”, you didn’t even ask them first to change the photo. Whether or not you’re unsatisfied about the content in an article, unless you got express permission to touch it or you’re Staff, don’t.

Edit: the original L6 didn’t even HAVE an image. it doesn’t need it, because it’s just pitch black. so any and all pictures used in past rewrites had nothing to do with me.

as for the map, i drew that, because i decided it would make more sense in-universe for the level image to be, yknow, the closest thing to visual information people would have about it.

if you don’t like it, cool. but please for the love of god don’t change it for your roblox game. as the person who created this and has nothing to do with your project, i don’t owe you an image you can work with.

but like if somebody got attacked than obviously somethings there, dosent matter if its an entity or human

i mean the human most likely was insane becase if you found a human in this level, you would always want to stick together, not straight up attack them, even if he wasnt one of them red mfs, he still was in a mental state where he was very hostile

edit to my statement - yeah i reread the last part and it said it felt like human fingers and a human voice, and as they said there are no entities. at the same time it was most likely for defense. also i wasn't trying to be rude or anything i just had to get that out
