Idea
Creativity: 7/10
Can't really fault the article here, russian roulette milk is a prett neat thing. My only gripe with this idea is that there is some milk that does pretty much nothing to you, and other milk that can literally send you to the hive just like that. It feels a bit odd, like, it could be balanced more.
Expansion on the idea: 5/10
An attempt is made at this, but it doesn't do it well. The adding of the log to demonstrate the effects of luck milk is the only thing done to expand on the idea other than the mere premise of it, and it doesn't do it all that well in my opinion. There's also a lack of the explanation of good luck as well, like examples or whatnot?
Test logs or incident logs would've worked better here than a video log, considering we barely get any insight into what the extent of bad/good luck is.
The one thing saving this from being outright bad is the recreational uses for lucky milk, which gives insight into the actual uses of this thing. It shows that is's something people actually use, rather than being just another object noone cares about.
Intrigue: 4/10
Most of the issues mentioned above are why this article fails to interest me much. The test log itself isn't interesting to carry the main idea, and whilst they give more depth to the idea, the recreational uses don't build intrigue, they're more of a way to add realism to this article.
Worldbuilding: 6/10
I mention the recreational uses once more here; they add to this. Nuff said considering the previous paragraphs.
Other than that, not much is done here, so I can't exatly fault it. I just wish there could have been more.
Execution: 4/10
Not a big fan of this for several reasons. You have a milk that can produce extreme luck/unluckiness, and you only mention one instance of it. You could've gone ham with the flavours, but decided to make it so that only one is really special, making it feel out of place. Overall, the premise, as I said earlier, is good, but needs work when cknveying it to paper. You also missed where you get this from.
SPaG: 3/10
As stated previously. Neither have the flavours on the label.
making it easy to identify what flavour of Lucky O’ Milk you have. With the only exception being Luck and Banana flavour, with both not having the flavour ingrained onto the label
There are 6 flavours corresponding to 6 different labels. With each flavour having its own effect.
The article is riddled with SPaG and flow-breaking errors, which make the article generally hard to read through. Some parts should be separated with commas, but are instead separated with periods, and far too many of them at that, even when they're unneeded. There's also other occasional non-punctuation related issues, but the main one here is punctuation.
The SPaG is good in the log though, I've seen from your previous work that dialogue happens to be your forte. You may need to work a bit more on non-dialogue writing.
Structuring and formatting: 2/10
The formatting here is all over the place, and not in a good way. The table has effects and flavours listed simply as effects, which made me have to assume that the first things you mention are the effects, and the other things flavours. Even then, that's not constant, as sometimes the flavour is just missing.
The description of the object is spread across the article in several different places. The ingredients on the bottle are just thrown in the middle of the description, warnings for banana and lucky milk are thrown in after the in video log. The description itself is also a bit off in some places as well.
As stated previously. Neither have the flavours on the label.
You don't elaborate on this point further for example, so there's no need to mention it again.
Did I enjoy reading this?
No
Overall verdict:
Don't let my enjoyment of this article deter you from possibly working on this idea anymore. I feel you have a strong base which you started on, but you failed to solidify that premise into something greater. More logs, more general expansiveness on the flavours and effects, ways to get it, etc: they could make your article feel more full of life and less vague than it is. As it currently stands, it's just untapped potential that could be made much better if you worked a bit more on it.
I'd be happy to reverse my vote in the future if you decide to make this article better, but as it stands, I'm downvvoting this article in its current iteration.

Wish more articles would meet this standard. I like the idea of the page and I hope the author will take the review above into consideration.

I'm glad the backrooms is able to accommodate people with nut allergies, +1
It's cool that, despite the Backrooms having many terrors and scares (and birthday parties =) ), they have a substitute for Almond Water (for some reason). Also I hear entity screaming in the distance, so I think I should RUN FOR MY LIFE now. Shouldn't have drank the yellow one. Anyways, see ya!
Its good but I feel this was early and could use some modifications with some more advanced CSS coding to make it look more appealing
I'm justice!…What?…No not the blind folded girl!
