I wonder, what does the gallery bodies look like? Are they preserved like statues and are shiny and look normal with clothes shiny as well?

Basically, yeah. Theta is a being that represents balance of destruction, creation, etc. Things that mess with said balance are removed from existence and placed in the gallery, his own personal museum. When things fall out of the Backrooms, the blackhole that is Theta takes them and also put them in the Gallery as at this point, that being has no place in existence except in the Gallery.
