I just wanna get some feedback so when I make my new level I know what to do and what not to do. https://backrooms.fandom.com/wiki/Level_165#:~:text=Level%20165%20%2D%20Frozen%20Earth,so%20warm%20clothing%20is%20necessary.

Level 165 is an almost flawless recreation
On the wiki, the levels should start with "Level 165 is the 164th level of the backrooms." It's fine to keep the other sentences you have hear, just add that one before them. Also this part should go after the survival difficulty but before the description
Level 165 is an almost flawless recreation of the earth but global temperatures never get higher than -25 Degrees Celsius so warm clothing is necessary.
Level 165 is an almost perfect recreation of the earth but its total land area is fifty-one billion three hundred million sq. Miles.
How would they know this? I'm not sure if it's the same on the Fandom wiki, but on the Wikidot, all of the levels are supposed to have been written by people, so that would mean that someone would have had to travel all 51 billion square miles, not just to determine that it was a replica of earth, but to measure it exactly as well, which is kind of a lot lol. I'd suggest scaling it down a little bit.
Suggestion: "Level 165 is an almost flawless recreation of the the midwestern United States, but temperatures never get higher than -25 Degrees Celsius so warm clothing is necessary." you can change the area to whatever you want
but getting food is way harder
Since you already used the word "hard" once in this sentence, I'd suggest changing it to something more like: "but getting food can be difficult"
is way harder, in some of the houses
Comma splice - replace the comma with a period
in some of the houses you can find boxes of cereal and cartons of milk which cannot spoil, but it is advised to make as little noise and get out of the house as soon as possible because Skin-Stealers live in these houses and if they notice someone is inside of their house they will chase after them until either they get tired, or their target gets tired.
Run on sentence - I'd recommend making "in some of the houses you can find boxes of cereal and cartons of milk which cannot spoil" it's own sentence
because Skin-Stealers live in these houses and if they notice someone
comma after "houses"
If you get caught by one of the Skin-Stealers they
Comma after "skin-stealers"
If you hear or see anything in the air it is advised to hide because that is the entities trying to find any people and if they see you they will kill you.
Comma after "air" and "people"
It is also advised to stay away from any forests because some Skin-Stealers live in groups in these forests and they are very hostile and if they hear or see you they will chase you down until you get tired and they will eat you alive
Run on sentence, I'd recommend removing the "and if they hear or see you they will chase you down until you get tired and they will eat you alive" part since that's basically covered earlier in the paragraph.
So, first of all, I'd recommend putting your draft on the Sandbox Wiki. That way you can get used to the format. So, even with the above crit it's not yet ready to post to the wikidot wiki. Right now it's just a cold forest with skin stealers. This is fine for the fandom wiki, but on the wikidot we like to have a little bit more to the articles. I'd recommend adding some sort of account, like journal entries or something of someone who got trapped in the level. I feel like the part about no one remembering how they got there would be a cool angle to explore. Let me know what you make some changes, and I can take another look!
