My main issue with this is the line
Whenever Cashew Water comes into contact with Entities, it boost their strength by approximately 50%,
Namely, the use of "50%" doesn't make sense, Wanderers/The M.E.G have no way of knowing the percentage boost to strength. If you accidentally get Cashew Water on an Entity, you'll likely be running for your life, not making note of how much faster the thing chaser you has gotten. I doubt anyone would run any tests on this interaction either due to its dangerous nature. I'd recommend changing this line to
Whenever Cashew Water comes into contact with Entities, it significantly boosts their strength, and makes them act in a more intelligent manner
There's also some minor missed capitalization in parts, namely
When Cashew Water comes into contact with insanities on level 178.1,
This process has a high chance of turning humans into insanities.
Around 5-10 seconds later, it will fall out once more, filled with almond water.
Also, a possible plot hole
In order to test whether or not water is Cashew Water, a taste test has to be done.
The previous paragraph states that if Cashew Water comes into physical contact with a human, it induces numbness followed by intense pain. Couldn't a Wanderer just dip their finger into the water and tell?
Sure the pain is intense, but it seems a lot safer and possibly less unpleasant than rapid sanity loss in the backrooms, especially when the pain isn't described as having long lasting effects.
Drinking it also requires you to then consume Almond Water, which would be wasting a valuable resource.
One last thing
Around 5-10 seconds later, it will fall out once more, filled with almond water.
From context, shouldn't it fall out fill with Cashew Water?
This is a no vote because I generally find the concept of "Waters" to be uninteresting, but the article is written pretty well, with only the one line that that made me do a double take.
Edit: after looking over it again, changing to a -1
