A photograph of the first discovered WOOOM on a green plushie in Level 18. Dates back to 2006.
Description:
Entity 212, nicknamed "WOOOM", are passive / semi hazardous entities that resemble a fat, rainbow axolotl plush in fresh condition. They are rare and highly elusive, with only 7 confirmed sightings across Level 18, Level 25, and Level 998. It is theorized that WOOOMs could inhabit levels that are not yet completely explored.
Behaviors:
WOOOMs have limited mobility, so they use a shockwave process for faster traveling. The following process consists of this, The entity compresses its body similarly to a person squeezing an accordion. This action then compresses mass around itself in a 1-meter radius, making objects or air packed tightly together. Once it completes the process, it will then release the compressed matter, causing a shockwave of about 3 meters in radius, creating a sound which gives it its nickname. This will then makes a WOOOM propel itself for faster traveling. Although the shockwave can't harm you, exposure to it can cause symptoms ranging from headache, sore muscles, nausea, auditory and visual hallucinations. These symptoms can last from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Due to their more peaceful nature, they tend to do fewer shockwaves near humans. It's theorized that WOOOMs use this passive behavior to attract humans into carrying them as a method of transportation due to their slow shockwave buildup or seeking companionship, but that Is not 100% confirmed. As of now, there have been no reports of intentional malicious actions performed by these entities.
Biology:
WOOOMs have many strange properties, for example, they are not affected by gravity, they are extremely light, and they are indestructible as they're capable of surviving Entity 104's cropping. WOOOMs are believed to be sentient, while having great vision, However, they are believed to be mildly deaf. WOOOMs aren't also believed to be organic as they have not been reported to have the need to eat or drink. Despite their plush like body, they can move their limbs to swim short distances.
Discoveries
The following logs are each of WOOOM's first discoveries in Level 18, Level 25, and Level 998.

Unknown Wanderer: Reporter
M.E.G.: Operator
M.E.G.: Hello, and how I can assist you.
Unknown Wanderer: I found a floating plushie in Level 18.
M.E.G.: Can you elaborate on that please?.
Unknown Wanderer: It's a floating plushie that looks like a rainbow colored axolotl.
M.E.G.: Um… ok so, what is it doing?
Unknown Wanderer: It's just floating on top of some couch.
M.E.G.: Okay, stay right where you are, and officers are on their way.
Unknown Wanderer: What is this thing anyway?
M.E.G.: Don't know.
Unknown Wanderer: Um it's squeezing itself slowly.
M.E.G.: Is it looking at you?
Unknown Wanderer: No, but should I step back?
M.E.G.: It's highly recommended you do.
- A WOOOM sound followed by the sound of the wanderer yelling in pain.
M.E.G.: Hello?
Unknown Wanderer: …
- 15 minutes passed as the officers arrived to see Entity 212 laying on a green plushie shaking as it finally notices the wanderer, sitting on a chair, recovering from the shockwave.
- This then starts the documenting on Entity 212.

Level 25 note:
<Begin Log Level 25 note>
The note is written by a wanderer that tells a description of an Entity 212 encounter in Level 25.
I have been probably far enough from every thing trying to kill me. I found a safe level clear from anything and made a home there until something finds me. So I played an arcade game to pass time and like the previous guy surviving, it is a dusty paradise with endless entertainment. I can’t keep track of the time, but it's been awhile, and I still seem to be alone. Until I looked behind for once and saw this axolotl plush spectating me while floating. Out of panic, I punched it and darted off till I looked back, expecting it to chase after me, but it just stared at me with no emotion. It then wiggled its little legs in the air like it was swimming to the arcade machine and continued staring at it. I left my supplies there, so I took the risk to sneak it back since that thing was distracted. I got a grip of my stuff and took off before that plush returns its attention to me. The blank stare looked like the thing was confused or curious, but I still darted away for the best. I thought to myself that this thing was harmless and the only thing that is not out there to kill me, but I moved on to surviving on this Level, hopefully alone from anything.

Level 998 note:
<Begin Log WOOOM weapon note>
- The following contains an unknown waderer's note of a WOOOM that was found in Level 998.
Okay, I got to this grey area in this level and the luckiest of all is that I found a WOOOM nearby. I stayed my distance in case of it building up a shockwave and observed this rare discovery. It felt like I was in a rare animal documentary as the host interacts with the animal. It hadn't noticed me yet, so I took this opportunity to make my presence known, so I could go near it. Before I could get close to it, I noticed a pack of hounds were charging at me from a distance, and the WOOOM was building up a shockwave. I had nothing on me but food, so I panicked until I got the idea of using the WOOOM to stun them. They were getting closer, so I quickly tried this idea and threw the WOOOM at the hound pack. The shockwave was strong enough to paralyze the hounds, making them unable to move. So I decided to snatch the WOOOM out of panic and carried it while turning back away from the gray point. Finally, I got to the entrance after a long time and kept the WOOOM. It was able to save my life from getting mauled by hounnds, and I wanted it to keep me safe. after awhile in level 81, l finally gave it a name and called it Gooby.

Do's and Don'ts:
Do:
- Stay 3 meters away from it as it's about to build up a shockwave (you have enough time to notice).
- Make your presence known to a WOOOM through visual contact.
- If you're lucky enough to encounter one during a hostile entity situation. Throw it at the hostile entity when it's about to start a shockwave. This can stun it and you can quickly get away. DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Don't:
- Stay right next to the entity while it's building a shockwave.
